technologythat carriesthe business

We design, deploy and support the infrastructure businesses run on — servers, networks, cloud communication and security — as one system rather than four separate purchases.

fragmented

Most businesses don't have a technology problem. They have four suppliers, and every fault becomes an argument about whose it is.

01
Server vendor“That's a network issue.”
02
Telecom provider“Your firewall is dropping it.”
03
Security reseller“Nothing changed our end.”
04
Cabling contractor“We only did the cabling.”
The alternative

One team holding the whole stack — so there is nobody left to point at.

networking

Consumer kit doesn't survive an office

A router built for a home has no business carrying a floor of staff, a VoIP system and a set of servers. It works until the day it doesn't, and the failure is rarely convenient.

We specify and install enterprise hardware with the cabling to match — labelled, tested and documented, so the next person who opens the comms cabinet can tell what everything does.

What you end up with

  • Hardware specified for load, not for the lowest quote
  • Cabling certified and labelled, faults found in minutes
  • Wi-Fi placed from a survey, not from guesswork
  • Documentation that makes the next change cheap

04 — Hardware & Networking · what's included

01

Routers & switches

Managed enterprise hardware specified to your throughput and port requirements, with room to grow rather than a replacement in a year.

02

Structured cabling

Cat6 and fibre installation, dressed, labelled and certified — so faults are found in minutes rather than by tracing wires by hand.

03

Wi-Fi design & survey

Access point placement based on a site survey rather than guesswork, with seamless roaming across floors and no dead zones.

04

Rack & cabinet build

Comms cabinets built properly — power, cooling and cable management — so maintenance doesn't mean dismantling the rack.

05

Surveillance & access

IP CCTV and access control integrated onto the same managed network rather than bolted on as a separate island.

06

Documentation & handover

Port maps, IP schemes and cabinet diagrams handed over on completion. Undocumented networks cost you on every future change.

infrastructure

Designed as a system, not assembled from parts

Most infrastructure problems aren't hardware failures. They're the result of servers, storage and networking bought at different times, by different people, to solve different problems — with no one holding the architecture in their head.

We design the whole thing as one system: compute sized to your workloads, storage with a recovery path you have actually tested, and a network that won't become the bottleneck the moment you add users.

What you end up with

  • Capacity planned against real workloads, not guesswork
  • A restore path that has actually been tested
  • One architecture, documented, rather than layers of history
  • Problems surface as alerts before users report them

Sized against real workloads — not a template

05 — IT Infrastructure · what's included

01

Server deployment & virtualisation

Physical and virtualised server environments sized to your workloads, with consolidation that cuts what you spend on power, licensing and rack space.

02

Enterprise network architecture

Segmented, resilient network design with VLANs and redundancy, so one failure or one noisy device doesn't take the office offline.

03

Storage & backup

Centralised storage with scheduled backups and a documented restore procedure — tested, because an untested backup is a guess.

04

Cloud & hybrid migration

Move the workloads that benefit from cloud and keep the ones that don't, without a big-bang cutover that risks the whole estate.

05

Monitoring & alerting

Visibility across servers, links and services so problems surface as alerts rather than as calls from frustrated staff.

06

Managed support

Ongoing maintenance, patching and a named escalation path, so the estate stays current after the project ends.

communication

Why calling moved to the cloud

A traditional PBX ties your capacity to a box on site. Adding agents means buying lines, opening a branch means repeating the whole install, and any change means booking someone to come out.

Cloud communication makes capacity a setting rather than a purchase order. Your numbers, routing rules, recordings and reporting live in one place — and the same platform carries WhatsApp, SMS and chat alongside voice.

What you end up with

  • No hardware dependency — new branches live in days
  • Every conversation attached to the right customer record
  • Supervisors coach live instead of reviewing the loss
  • Capacity scales for seasonal peaks, then back down

One platform · voice, WhatsApp and SMS on the same queue

06 — Cloud Communication · what's included

01

Cloud telephony & IVR

Multi-level IVR, skill-based routing and business-hours rules you can change from a dashboard rather than a support ticket.

02

Virtual contact centre

Agents anywhere on one queue, with live monitoring, whisper and barge-in so supervisors can coach during the call rather than after it.

03

WhatsApp Business API

Official API access with template campaigns, chatbots and multi-agent inboxes — on the channel your customers already use.

04

SMS & OTP delivery

Transactional and promotional routes kept separate, so a one-time passcode never queues behind a marketing blast.

05

Call recording & quality

Recording for compliance and coaching, with permission-gated access and retention set to your policy.

06

CRM integration

Calls and conversations written back to the customer record automatically, so nothing depends on someone remembering to log it.

07 — ProtectionCybersecurity SolutionsImpact Vibes

security

Most breaches start somewhere ordinary

Not with a sophisticated attack, but with an unpatched laptop, a reused password, or an invoice email nobody looked at twice. Security that only guards the perimeter misses all three.

We layer protection where the risk actually is — endpoints, email, the network edge and user accounts — and set it up so people can still do their jobs. Controls that get in the way get worked around, which leaves you less secure than before.

What you end up with

  • Protection on endpoints, email, network and identity — not just the perimeter
  • Incidents surface as alerts rather than as outages
  • A restore path that has been tested, not assumed
  • Controls staff can live with, so they don't get bypassed

07 — Cybersecurity Solutions · what's included

01

Endpoint protection

Managed anti-malware across laptops, desktops and servers, with central visibility of what is protected and what has drifted out of policy.

02

Firewall & network security

Next-generation firewall deployment with segmentation and content control, so a compromised device can't roam the whole network.

03

Threat monitoring

Continuous monitoring with alerting on suspicious behaviour, so an incident is caught while it is still small.

04

Email security

Filtering for phishing, spoofing and malicious attachments — the route most business compromises still arrive through.

05

Access control & MFA

Role-based access and multi-factor authentication, so a leaked password on its own isn't enough to get in.

06

Backup & recovery

Isolated backups with a tested restore path — the control that decides whether ransomware is an incident or a catastrophe.

Step 01

audit

We survey what you're running today — hardware, links, licences and where things break down — before proposing anything.

Step 02

design

An architecture sized to your workloads and growth, with the costs broken out so you can see what each part buys you.

Step 03

deploy

Phased rollout scheduled around your working hours, so the office keeps running while the estate changes underneath it.

Step 04

support

Monitoring, patching and a named escalation path — plus the documentation to make every future change cheaper.

Why Impact Vibes

01

We design before we quote

A quote written without understanding your workloads is a guess with a number on it. We scope first, so what you buy matches what you run.

02

One partner across the stack

Infrastructure, connectivity, security and hardware from the same team — so nobody gets to point at another vendor when something breaks.

03

Security built in, not added later

Segmentation, access control and backup are part of the design from the start. Retrofitting security is always more expensive.

04

Documented handover

Port maps, IP schemes and diagrams on completion. You should never be locked into a vendor because only they know how it was built.

05

Support that answers

A named escalation path rather than a ticket queue, and engineers who already know your estate.

06

On the ground in Hyderabad

Local presence for the work that genuinely needs someone on site — cabling, cabinets, installs and fault-finding.

What happens next

  1. 01We call to understand what you run and what's failing.
  2. 02We survey the site — remotely or on site, whichever fits.
  3. 03You get a design and costs broken out by component.

Before you write

  • We work with single-site offices through to multi-branch operations. The architecture changes with scale; the approach — audit, design, phased deployment, documented handover — doesn't.

  • Yes, and it's common. We start by documenting what's actually there, which is often the first time anyone has. From there we stabilise what's fragile and plan the rest.

  • After the audit, broken out by component so you can see what each part costs and defer anything that isn't urgent. We'd rather phase work than pad a single number.

  • Both. Some clients want a one-off deployment with documentation and take it from there; others want us monitoring and maintaining it. That's agreed up front.

  • An audit can usually be scheduled within a week. Deployment timelines depend on hardware lead times, which we confirm before committing to a date.
